STUDENTS APPLYING FOR STUDENT VISAS FROM THEIR HOME COUNTRY

Documents required for Student Visa Application
(Submitted to the Doors To Education via email or postal services, if candidate is overseas)

It is advisable to send in your application 2 months before the desired date of departure.
a) Completed and signed enrolment form
b) 8 pieces of passport-size photographs of applicant
c) 1 set photocopy of passport (every page of the whole booklet - on A4-size paper)
d) 1 set photocopy of original high school /college academic transcripts and certificates (and another set, translated in English and certified true copy)
e) Medical report from home country. The specified format for the medical report will be sent to you via email.

* Please note that the same procedures are required if the student is already in Malaysia. However for point (e), students can do their medical examination in KL.
